December 9, 2023 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm PST
The craft and wisdom of beelining and tracking honeybees will be the topic for a panel discussion at Salon #30. Beelining is an ancient tool, that has entered a renaissance and gained new relevance for conservation, research, and beekeeping. We have invited practitioners and experts from around the world. Confirmed speakers are Thomas Seeley (US) and Benjamin Rutschmann (Germany), Chiara Binetti (IR), Lucas Taminen (US), and others.
The Arboreal Apiculture Salon is an opportunity for a global arboreal apiculture community to connect and meet for exchange and symbiotic learning, to share innovative ideas, and to be a resource for each other. Listen to or chat with arboreal apiculture experts and enthusiasts from around the world and develop a deeper connection to Arboreal Apiculture & Apiology.
Co-hosted by Cheyanna Bone (Apis Arborea), Jonathan Powell (Natural Beekeeping Trust), and Michael Joshin Thiele (Apis Arborea).
